We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work for regular online purchases and Style Box orders.
Which Type Of Order Do You Have?
Regular Online Orders
For items purchased directly through the website, returns must be requested before being sent back.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags attached.
Return Shipping
Regular online orders do not include a prepaid return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.
How To Start A Return
Submit a return request below with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Style Box Returns
Every Style Box includes a prepaid return label for easy returns.
